Orders usually ship within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday) after we receive your payment confirmation. Once we receive your payment, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- What are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. They vary based on the package weight, shipping destination and shipping services. We use JNE courier service.

- Can I make changes once I placed my order?
Please contact our admin at +(62) 81219646465. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Please note if your order has already shipped we will not be able to change your order. If you want to purchase additional products, simply place another order.
- Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Cytolnat unable to make address changes once the item has been processed and shipped. To make changes you will need to contact the carrier to make alternative delivery arrangements. Please note: there is no guarantee that the carrier will be able to reroute the order.
